Slicing the Brisket

 

Even slicing the brisket after it has rested for a up to 4 hours is not straightforward. There are a couple of ways of attacking it, so watch these videos and figure out which one you prefer.

In this video, the brisket is sliced while it’s whole, except for the very end of the point section:
