roasting fowl. The Big Green Egg's air-flow controls enable you to hold the
temperature below 250 degrees
Did you know that the best steak
restaurants grill steaks at temperatures between 600 and 700 degrees? They do this because the high
temperature seal in the juices while cooking the core of the steak to perfection. Your Big Green
Egg easily gets to this temperature, enabling you to grill steaks and
chops just like the best restaurants.
One of my passions is baking hearth-baked breads and
pizza. The ceramic cooker simulates the wood-fired hearth ovens of the best
pizzerias. You can produce pizzas that will blow your friends and
